• With a career spanning three decades, Joe has contributed to some of the most iconic and elaborate techniques for both Embroidery/Applique as well as Screen Print and Multimedia.

Applique Joe's mission is to help educate and create content for those who are not satisfied with traditional/conventional embroidery techniques.

Joe speaks for conferences as well as private consulting for factories looking to level up their game.

Joe Kramar M.A., B.S., is originally from El Centro, CA and got his start in 1995 at a small screen print/embroidery shop called company Driscoll’s Sports. For over 29 years, Joe has woven creativity into fabric, thread, and ink. A master of apparel decoration, his artistry shines between the worlds of embroidery, appliqué, screen print, and special effects, leaving a trail of stunning designs in his wake.

His current passions don’t stop at just mastering the needle and thread, Joe has expanded his artistic tapestry into the realms of video animation and audio/video production, proving that his creative spirit knows no bounds. As an experienced innovator, he thrives in the fast-paced world of high-tech, driving companies forward and shaping industry trends.

Joe has done development/creative work for many retail brand names like Abercrombie & Fitch Brands, Limited Brands, Aritzia, Bruce Lee Ltd., Marshall Retail, V.F. Outdoor and NASA to name a few. Joe currently works for AMB3R Creative, a cutting-edge design firm based out of Denver Colorado specializing in developing high-end apparel branding. He currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife April, a Colorado native.
